A great condo for our family. Lots of room for the 8 of us. Kids liked being close to the beach. Easy to get a cab to go to the wall city.
Fernando was very friendly and helpful answering my questions prior to booking and helping arrange maid service. The apartment is incredible. Great patio penthouse with jacuzzi and incredible view. Clean and modern. My wife, three kids, parents and one of my brothers all stayed and really enjoyed ourselves. The area of El Lagito is great with a beach close by and plenty of places to eat. We loved it!!
Beautiful place with an owner that stayed in contact and reached out to make sure everything was going well. Answered all questions promptly. Property was very clean and accurate to the pictures and description. Check in process could be a bit easier if we did not have to go into another building (basically next door) for the actual check-in but I'd imagine nothing that can be done about that. Again, beautiful place would recommend and stay there again myself.

This was one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. Out of all my visits to Cartagena this was by far amazing. The space, the views, and the hospitality exceeded expectations. Convenient to beach, restaurants, stores/supermarkets and easy ride to walled city. Fernando was responsive to anything I needed assistance with and each small issue (2) was handled very fast. I WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN NEXT VISIT!!!

Fernando’s penthouse was beautiful. Our trip was extra special because of Nacira, she was the best cook and house cleaner we’ve ever had. Highly recommended.
The property is at the beach in Cartagena , just a short drive (a little over a mile), from the walled city. It is a perfect location, in a safe neighborhood.
The property is spectacular, with great views of the beach and ocean on the 17th floor. It has a private jaccuzzi, and there is a great pool in the building. This was everything that we wanted and more than we expected in a vacation rental.
The owner is very responsive, and assisted us throughout are stay. Anytime we had a question, Fernando was quick to respond and took care of us. The owner is a very gracious and accommodating host. We attended our son's wedding in Cartagena and had a great vacation after the wedding. I highly recommend this rental.
Location: If you want the beach and some good resturants and to meet many locals this is the place. Drugstore and convenience store across the street and around the corner a ATM. Also a barbecue spot where we ate very often.
Property: The apartment was perfect. The air conditioning was working good through the apartment. Showers had hot water. 3 of the rooms were essentially masters with their own and suites. The smallest fourth bedroom was directly across the guest bathroom which made it convenient. Several balconies across the apartment. Washer and dryer made things extra convenient. There was a decent size hot tub in our apartment balcony. The only gripe was the elevators. They were always full but we found some work around. Just get in any elevator whether it's going up or down is the fastest way we figured it out. If you avoid check in and check out time you'll be just fine.
Manager: Mr Fernando was an amazing host. He was very responsive and able to solve any problems we had. Any question we asked him he was able to answer. There was also a made. We got a few days. Honestly it's worth to get very day. She will make breakfast and clean up from any mess the night before. I highly recommend getting her every day.
Overall when I go back this is the place I am staying. I'm also happy to answer your questions if you have any.
The place was breathtaking. The view was beautiful, it was clean, there were clean sheets and towels, there was WiFi, and Fernando was communicative, gracious, and always available for assistance. I can’t reiterate enough how amazing the property was. When we arrived, transportation was waiting. When there was a hiccup regarding payment, Fernando appeased it and went the extra mile to resolve it. Worried about checking in and language barriers? The property manager was there to assist. Worried about safety? There are multiple bolts on the door and a safe in the home. Taxis? Easy to get from right outside the building. Afraid of getting sick? Half my group became ill, and the stores and pharmacies in the area were within 2 mins walking distance AND Fernando offered to help. Dirty dishes? Maid service available along with fresh fruits upon arrival. It cost us $8k-$12k pesos (about $3-$4 USD) to get to the old city and the beach is within a 3 min walk. Absolutely amazing and I wish every host and property was amazing as this one.
This review is better late than never. We stayed here for one week and enjoyed how spacious it is, the host is very responsive as well. We were close to the beach, it was easy to catch a taxi. The washer and dryer was a great convenience that we didn't even think we needed. The views are amazing and this place is well worth it!
We would book it again without hesitation. Frenado has a great space waiting for you.

I will like to start by saying this place is one of the best I’ve stayed in Colombia! The staff and owner are very reliable and fast responding. The chef was wonderful as well highly recommended and taxis are outside once you step out the doors. Thank you once again I will be back very soon!

Great rental experience all the way around. From communicating with the Host Fernando to the penthouse i stayed in. Great views of the ocean and just a wonderful stay.
Fernando and Sandra provided exceptional service and follow up with inquiries from the beginning of the process of renting the condo, helping to coordinate the maid and cook services and everything in between. They were the perfect hosts.
The condo and balcony views were breathtakingly beautiful. The jacuzzi was a perfect finish to our day of exploring The Old City. Our housekeeper/cook was a great help and always accommodating. She even washed clothes snd ironed when needed. Every evening we had a great meal that was topped off with a different homemade juice. Our favorite was the juego de lulo! Fernando and hus team made our first trip to Colombia memorable.

This awesome panoramic view will dazzle your senses Into euphoria. The view is absolutely stunning. The rooms are so clean and confortable. The place have all the amenities that you need. We will definitely coming back, this will be definitely the place we will stay when we come back to Cartagena. Fernando y Sandra were so helpful.
